HOW TO BOOK
1. The “ Oasi del Borgo” official
internet site has a software (booking engine) that allows you to make
the booking process easily and directly online. This mode is preferred
because the user has an immediate and automatic vision of availability,
prices and characteristics of the individual units available. The
booking process can be done in two ways: "Instant confirmation" or "on
request".
2.
BOOKING ON LINE “ON REQUEST”:
In this case the accommodation chosen for the selected dates will be
marked by the word "date available on request”. This means that the
period might be available, but requires manual confirmation from the
property owner/manager. The steps required to complete a reservation
request are:
a) Start your reservation request online,
beginning from your chosen accommodation and inserting the requested
dates. Continue then inserting your personal information and complete
the request.
At this stage it’s not necessary to provide your credit card details or
give the data to make the bank transfer. Then you will instantly be
notified via e-mail with details about your request.
b) Within 24 hours, you will receive an 'e-mail
automatically with the outcome of your booking; If your request is
accepted, you will receive an e-mail with a secure link to make payment
of the deposit with credit card or
through the same link, you can opt for bank transfer payment. In this
case you automatically get via e-mail our bank coordinates.
c) After payment, the reservation will be definitively confirmed
receiving a confirmation e-mail.
3.
INSTANT BOOKING:
In this case the accommodation chosen is not marked by the word "date
available on request" then you just need to complete a reservation by
entering your details. Eventually the system will give you the option to
confirm with bank transfer or credit card. If you opt for the bank
transfer option you automatically receive an e-mail with our
coordinates. Alternatively, if you opt for payment by credit card,
simply enter the details of your card during the driven process. After
that you will receive an email with details of your reservation with
the final confirmation.
4.
PAYMENT:
THROUGH THE ON-LINE RESERVATION SYSTEM DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT
YOU MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD. DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS THE BOOKING
ENGINE WILL LET YOU CHOOSE TO OPT FOR THE CONFIRMATION BY BANK TRANSFER
ALSO.
5.
RESTRICTIONS ON AVAILABILITY:
The booking engine described in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, is set to provide
availability during the "A" period (June 26 to September 11) for
stays from Saturday to Saturday only. During the "B" period instead
you can book for bed and breakfast accommodation for one night also,
while there is a minimum stay of 2 nights for self catering
accommodation. For different

6.
ACCOMMODATION TYPE:
To have greater transparency and a more detailed description of all the
units available, we have assigned names to all the accommodation and
each can be booked directly online.
However, in case of impediments, the property reserves the right to
change the accommodation booked for one same level or better if
possible.
7.
CONFIRMED RESERVATION:
The reservation is considered confirmed as soon as the 30% deposit is
paid . The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. In case
of payment through bank transfer owner/manager will immediately confirm
the proper execution of the transaction as soon as the funds we’ll be
received. The amount paid as advance payment / deposit is deemed
non-refundable.
8.
ARRIVAL:
Unless otherwise agreed, the estimated time for check-in is from
15.00pm.
Please, if possible, notify the property via e-mail or SMS to +39
3332551335 the scheduled time of arrival, especially if you plan to
arrive too late. Conversely,
please contact us to check availability if you wish to arrive before the
allowed time.
DURING
THE STAY
1.
STARTING TIME:
Unless otherwise agreed check-out will take place to up to
10.00am.
Please advise the property to the scheduled departure, especially if you
plan to leave in unusual time (at night, early morning, etc. ..).
Conversely, please first check the availability if you want to check out
after the time allowed.
2.
OUTSIDERS:
It’s strictly banned the entry of outsiders into the property. Only
guests assignees of their respective accommodations can access in the
property area.
3.
SWIMMING POOL:
The swimming pool (10X5) is open and is not heated.
Our climate allows us to normally open the pool from April to October.
The use of the pool is not allowed to outsiders and it is exclusively
reserved for guests. It’s not permitted to use the pool during the
night.
4.
BALANCE PAYMENT:
If you are scheduled to pay the balance on site, it must be paid within
the days preceding the date of departure.
5.
CLEANING:
All the accommodations will be given to guests in a perfect cleanliness
and order, with the furniture and the provision of linen and towels for
the number of guests booked. For stays in bed and breakfast is provided
daily maid service.
For self catering stay there is no maid service inclusive during your
stay but you can ask for (extra service).
6.
CLOTHES:
For self catering properties, normally one fournishement of linen and
towels are already inclusive in the rental price. But if you need an
extra fourniture, you can rent the bath towels (5 euro per person)
and bed linen (5 euro per person)
on request. If you
stay in bed and breakfast you already
have bath towels (changed daily) and bed linen (changed every three days
on average) for the number of people booked.
7.
LAUNDRY:
The property has a laundry corner with washing machine (10kg) for
guests. Self catering guests
are entitled to use the washing machine free of charge once a week.
Extra uses are possible at extra cost of 5 euro per wash. Iron and
ironing board are always available free on request.
8.
AIR CONDITION:
All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning hot / cold
individually controllable with remote control.
There will be no surcharge for excessive
consumption of electricity, however, is strictly not allowed to leave
the air conditioning turned on when you are not in house.
9.
PARKING:
The property is located in a small square (Piazza dei Pini) where you
can park for free. Alternatively, you
can opt for private car park inside the property supplied with a
convenient remote control to access via electric gate. The cost
of parking in this case is 7 euros per car per day.
10.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed (of any size) inside the accommodations.
